Topic: Design for Change + TIiA's Blog
If little kids can do it, so can we!?!
Design for Change is a worldwide competition about children creating change. In 33 different countries so far (incl Taiwan), schoolchildren are invited to design solutions for problems in their lives, schools, neighborhoods or communities. In this session, we'll look at some of the videos from this website for inspiration...And then discuss ourselves:
If there was one thing you could change about your life in Taiwan, what would it be? We'll compile our wish list, and then who knows? Maybe come up with some solutions for each other!
Also in this session, one thing that we will be redesigning for change is the TIiA blog. The aim is to make it a user-friendly, inspiring place to visit. Come help decide what our blog should look like!
Optional preparation:
1. Have a look at some other blogs, and decide what features you like about them...bring those thoughts to the session, please!
2. Send Lynn any photos you have of Taiwan to include on the new TIiA blog. Please use this email address: lynn_conant@hotmail.com
