Topic: Annual Progress of Post Post-Disaster Reconstruction of Typhoon Morakot in Taiwan

Please join us in welcoming our Guest Speaker Herng-Yuh CHANG (Mr). He's the Director of the General Planning Department, Morakot Post-Disaster Reconstruction Council, Executive Yuan in the Taiwanese government.

He says: I am glad to have this opportunity to join with you to talk about my work.
My talk will cover:
1. the typhoon Morakot
2. What the government have done for the victims
3. The pros and cons about the reconstruction efforts done by either government or charity organizations
4. Prospects
Believe me, it is a complicated issue, however, I hope to make introduction within 20 to 30 minutes and hear your comments or answer your questions.
